DANKOMPRESSOR has a broad selection of dessicant dryers,absorption dryers or adsorption dryers, as they are named.The dryers are working fully automatically with an electronic control system, so that efficient drying and less energy consuming operation are guaranteed. The dryers can work with pressure dew points (pdp) from -20C to -40C. The required air for regeneration for these heatless dessicant dryers, heatless adsorption dryers or heatless absorption dryers amounts to 7-15 % at these dew points. The capacities for this range goes from 350 L/min. up to1.500 cbm/hour following the conditions of ISO 7183. Furthermore, special models going higher in capacity as well as also heat generated dessicant dryers or heat generated adsorption dryers or heat generated absorption dryers can be supplied. Especially the small types are recommendable, as they are cheaper in purchase than for instance refrigeration dryers. These dryers are also available with built-in spiral cooler so that they can be mounted directly after for instance a piston compressor.They can also be used for drying instrument air or control air or just taking away the water in the tube system or before a machine in order to prevent shortened life of tools and difficulties with the function of expensive machinery.
